Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Coaching: Guide and support managers and leaders through the change journey, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with operational leads and directorates to align change plans with organizational goals and cultural principles.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grad CIPD or Equivalent: Evidence of continuing professional and personal development.
• HR Management Expertise: Significant in-depth experience in general HR management.
• Employee Relations Proficiency: Extensive experience in employee relations.
