Senior HR Operations Manager

Our client are a well known fashion retailer, looking for an experienced Senior People Operations and Reward Manager to join them for a 12-18 month fixed term contract.

As the Senior HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people operations strategy. You will ensure our HR processes are robust, data-driven, and aligned with both business priorities and industry best practices. Reporting directly to the People Director, you will lead key operational teams including Payroll, Rewards, and People Data & Analytics.

You will have direct line management responsibility for 4 direct reports.

Working collaboratively across the People team and the wider business, you will:

• Optimise the employee experience through efficient, employee-centric operations.
• Lead on strategic reward initiatives, including benchmarking, compensation structures, and benefit reviews.
• Deliver a compliant, consistent, and high-quality service to team members, known as Islanders.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Legal, Tax, Tech, and other business functions to ensure our operations are aligned with both internal workflows and external regulatory requirements.
