Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDriving HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.Supporting and managing outsourced services to bolster our offerings, with a particular focus on outsourced engineering.Providing HR advice and support to the leadership team.Overseeing talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.Leading change management initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.Managing employee relations issues, providing guidance and recommendations as necessary.Collaborating with HR colleagues to deliver best practice HR solutions.Analysing HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior HRBP should have:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Proven experience supporting engineering teams in tech companies.Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to develop strong relationships at all levels within the organisation.What's on OfferA competitive salary of around £495 - £605 per day, based on experience.6 months contract with potential extensionThe opportunity to be part of a leading Technology & Telecoms company.A supportive and inclusive team environment.Access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
