As a Senior Human Factors Engineer, you’ll have a unique opportunity to influence the design and integration of systems that are vital to national defence, ensuring they are intuitive, safe, and effective for the people who operate and maintain them. Working within Babcock’s expanding Mission Systems business, you’ll lead Human Factors Integration activities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage directly with customers and suppliers. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your expertise in a growing and highly visible area of engineering.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Sole UK Nationals.
