Job DescriptionSenior HR Business Partner Midlands Salary up to 65k plus benefits My client is looking for an experienced HRBP to join their business originally on a interim basis with strong possibility for the role to become permanent.I am looking to speak to operational BPs with a ability to manage strategic projects and have a coaching skill set. Experience of Irish market is essential Below is the snap shot of the role, if you are on a relatively short notice and like the sound of this role, please get n touch for more info.Coaching Senior Leaders and creating a coaching culture at all levels of the business.Implement and drive a culture of performance management and impact throughout the business.Provide support, guidance and direction in maintaining effective and positive employee relations.Implement training and development activities at the individual, team & divisional level across.Provide pragmatic and commercially focused HR solutions, employee relations. advice and a day-to-day operational HR service and administration that are legally. compliant, cost effective, consistent and supportive of core business goals.Take action to improve HR KPI’sEffectively manages Employment Case files to an effective outcome.Manages the Annual HR Cycle/ people calendar for assigned population.Accountable for the proactive and progressive management of Industrial Relations. Handles grievances at workAccountable for the proactive and progressive management of Industrial Relations. Handles grievances at workCoordinate the negotiation of agreements with unions in collective bargaining negotiations for the associated division.Negotiate agreements with the local WCs where applicableEnsure the HR staff is knowledgeable about union contract complianceAdvise management on contract negotiations and similar management-union relationsYou will need to have the following:Experience working as HR generalist in UK and IrelandDemonstrable relevant experience within similar level HR role in a manufacturing and commercial environmentManagement/Leadership experienceExperience in Talent managementStrong experience in organizational change (restructuring, collective dismissals)Extensive experience in managing employee relations and case managementAble to drive change managementExperience in recruitment practicesExperience in recruitment practices
