Do you want to join a highly respected and established financial planning business with a supportive team culture and a strong client focus.

We are currently working on behalf of a reputable firm to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team of Administrators, Paraplanners, Financial Advisers, and Directors in a professional and rewarding environment.

The Role:

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including:

• Processing new business applications across various financial products
• Submitting transactions and fund switch requests on/off platform
• Obtaining illustrations, product literature, and portfolio valuations
• Preparing client meeting review packs
• Acting as a key liaison between clients, Financial Advisers, and product providers
• Handling Letters of Authority and maintaining accurate client records

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in IFA or Financial Planning Administration (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of provider platforms (essential)
• Familiarity with XPlan and FE Analytics (desirable)
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Capable of working effectively under pressure
