Senior Immigration Solicitor - HNW Private Client

Internationally renowned firm have a brand new requirement for a Senior Immigration Solicitor to work within their HNW Private Client Practice. The position sits as part of their highly regarded Immigration Department, focused on providing immigration advice to a range of private individuals and families.

Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Act as main point of contact for private clients regarding UK immigration legislation.
Work closely with HNW individuals in providing best in class immigration advice.
Manage a varied caseload covering a range of immigration queries of both PBS and none PBS topics; including but not limited to: Appendix FM, Investor, Entrepreneur, Global Talent, Family, Spouse, Citizenship, Naturalisation, LTR, Student, Article 8 etc...
Actively participate in business development, driving new firm initiatives.
Take the lead on complex cases, researching and identifying best possible solutions.
Act as an escalation point for wider team reading any complex queries.
Support firm Partnership in driving strategy as part of the wider firm development.

You will:
Be a qualified Solicitor, 7 Year PQE +; with strong experience in UK immigration and particular focus of working with HNW Private Clients on a wide range of immigration queries.
Previous experience of working within a city/global law firm environment.
Ability to build strong client relationships is also key as you will provide a main point of contact service to a range of HNW individuals.
Additional language skills would be advantageous.
Proven track record in delivering solutions for HNW clients regarding complex immigration cases.
Previous experience of leading on cases across a wide spectrum, including but not limited to: Appendix FM, Investor, Entrepreneur, Global Talent, Family, Spouse, Citizenship, Naturalisation, LTR, Student, Article 8.
Exposure to European citizenship legislation would be highly beneficial.
Business development skills will also be desirable in helping advise on the client service strategy for the department.
