If you're a Senior Immigration Solicitor looking to work on varied, high-quality matters across a unique mix of sectors, within a firm that values collaboration and flexible working, this could be for you.

Due to continued growth, the Immigration team at a national Legal 500 firm is looking to welcome a Senior Associate. You’ll join a forward-thinking practice advising a broad client base across the firm’s core sectors, particularly Education, Charity, and Commercial/Business. From sponsor licensing and compliance, through to points-based applications, audits, Brexit/EUSS advice, and training delivery - this is a genuinely wide-ranging role.

There is flexibility to work on a hybrid basis, collaborating across teams and travel as needed to meet client or business development demands.

This is an ideal position if are experienced in handling your own immigration caseload and looking to develop further, not just in legal expertise, but through involvement in client relationship management, training, marketing and business development. Experience working with Education or Charity sector clients would be a plus.
