You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders like the Head of Quality and Risk, Clinical Support Managers, and branch managers, as well as external partners including healthcare professionals and commissioning organisations. Your key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, implementing change management plans to enhance service delivery, and providing training and support to managers. Essential skills include a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. You should exhibit proficiency in driving change and delivering results, as well as the capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Previous experience in conducting audits, implementing change management plans, and providing training and support to managers would be advantageous.
