Senior Income Officer

We are working with a prominent Housing Association in

Wiltshire

who are recruiting for a

Senior Income Officer

on a

permanent basis . This is a hybrid role, offering up to

4 days working from home

and one day from their Head Office.

They are looking to pay up to

£36,225 per annum,

and are ideally looking for someone with previous experience managing rent arrears within a social housing setting.

Duties will include:
Monitoring and managing caseloads of current rent, service charge, council tax and asset accounts
Maintaining a proactive approach to recover and prevent rent arrears through the management of induvial rent arrears cases
Dealing with mid to high level rent arrears and making cases requiring escalation and/or legal actions
Providing advice to clients for rent arrears, welfare benefits, budgeting and liaising with colleagues, police, social services and other external agencies
Attending court when required, drafting and completing NOSP’s and NTQ’s
Chasing outstanding tenant arrears, monitoring rent accounts and former tenant arrears
Delivering debt and complex benefit advice to maximise customers income and tenancy sustainment

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
37 hours per week
