The team

This is an exciting time to join our Learning Disability and Autism Service within Adult and Community Services as we continue to improve outcomes for people across Suffolk. We are investing in the future of our service, expanding our Learning Disability and Autism Teams with additional qualified Social Worker and Occupational Therapist roles, while bringing operational delivery and service development together to drive innovation and transformation.

As part of our supportive and forward-thinking team, you will have the opportunity to help shape best practice, develop new pathways and influence the way services are delivered. Working closely with colleagues across Health and Social Care, you will contribute to a culture that puts people at the centre of everything we do.

Co-production, professional development and continuous improvement are at the heart of our service. Using our People at the Heart of Care strategy and Signs of Safety and Wellbeing practice model, you will support people to maximise their independence, wellbeing and choice through personalised, strengths-based approaches, short-term enablement and digital innovation.
