Senior Influencer Campaigns Manager

READY TO DO WORK YOU'RE PROUD OF?

Charlie Oscar isn't a typical agency. We're independent, AI-native, and built to help ambitious brands outmanoeuvre, outpace and outgrow the competition.

We blend data science with creativity - not because it's fashionable, but because it's how brands actually grow. The numbers give us clarity. The creative work is what wins hearts, builds brands, and drives revenue.

Every week here looks different: sharp strategic problems, high-calibre teammates, and real ownership over work that reaches some of the world's most ambitious brands. Outside the day job, there's run club, book and chess clubs, charity fundraisers, Thursday drinks, and enough team socials that work never feels like just work.

We hire for attitude and culture add first - not just experience. Curious, ambitious people who challenge how things are done, bring fresh ideas, and help shape the future of marketing.

Sound like your kind of place?

WHO WE HIRE

We look for attitude first. Smart, humble, proactive, genuinely curious - that's the shortlist. People who care about their craft without taking themselves too seriously. We build brave ideas, keep learning constant, and make sure everyone's voice counts.

If you're already using AI to work smarter, even better.

AI

We're looking for people who use AI to sharpen their work - not replace their thinking.

You don't need to be an AI specialist. You need to be curious enough to already be finding ways to use it: faster workflows, sharper insight, better creative options, smarter decisions. We want people who ask “how can this be better?” and treat AI as a tool to elevate the craft, not a shortcut around it.

THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Influencer Campaigns Manager who can own their client’s programmes end-to-end: setting the strategy, cutting the creator deals, and proving the results in the numbers. As Senior Influencer Campaigns Manager, you'll lead delivery and performance across those accounts, reporting to the Head of Influencer, and act as each client's day-to-day strategic partner. You'll also manage and mentor junior team members and help win the new business that grows our Influencer Department.

WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING STUCK INTO.

• Own influencer strategy for your client accounts, turning brand and business objectives into clear briefs, creator strategies and measurable KPIs.

• Flawlessly Lead paid influencer campaigns end-to-end, from casting and talent negotiation through contracts, legal approvals and content sign-off to final reporting, on time and on budget.

• Negotiate creator fees, usage rights, whitelisting and paid amplification with creators and talent agents, so every deal is commercially sound.

• Run client relationships without day-to-day senior support: lead the conversations, present performance to senior stakeholders and spot ways to grow the account.

• Turn campaign data into clear recommendations, testing new approaches and optimising against performance metrics.

• Manage and mentor junior team members, setting objectives, delegating well and building their strategic, client and commercial skills.

• Shape new business pitches with creator recommendations, campaign concepts, budgets and measurement frameworks, and present them to prospective clients.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

MUST-HAVES

• You've owned influencer programmes at scale, from strategy to reporting, while juggling several client workstreams and budgets at once.

• You know creator market rates and deal structures well enough to negotiate with talent agents on fees, usage rights, whitelisting and paid partnerships.

• You can read performance data (CAC, ROAS, engagement, conversion) and turn it into a recommendation a senior client will act on.

• You have a sharp eye for creator-brand fit and can cast talent across categories, audiences and cultural contexts.

• You’re obsessed with pop-culture, social and content. You know what people are talking about before it becomes mainstream.

• You've managed and developed junior team members, and you take ownership of decisions without needing hand-holding.

• You’re familiar with rigorous and complex measurement frameworks for influencer marketing, including MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling).
