Senior Innovation Consultant

This role puts you at the heart of high-impact innovation projects - helping brands develop future-proofed strategies, launch new products, and stay ahead of fast-moving food trends. From QSR to FMCG and food-service, you’ll lead the charge on projects that make a tangible difference.

You’ll join a collaborative and agile team that works across the full innovation spectrum: from early-stage discovery and ideation through to commercial strategy and implementation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading innovation projects end-to-end: from trend-led insight through to concept development and delivery
• Running client workshops, sprints, and presentations that turn ideas into action
• Translating trends into commercially viable innovation opportunities
• Contributing to innovation roadmaps, brand strategies, and product pipelines
• Collaborating with internal consultants and mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in food & drink innovation, NPD, strategy, or consultancy
• Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of the food and drink industry
• Confident communicator and facilitator who builds trust quickly with clients
• Creative problem-solver who can shape bold ideas and big-picture thinking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
