Method Resourcing have partnered with an established retail business who are looking to add a Senior Customer Analyst into the Data team as they continue to go from strength-to-strength.

The role: Using mainly SQL but also other visualisation tools, you will be responsible for analysing customer data to provide actionable insights that improve decision making to enhance their commercial performance. This company has 97% of clean data which allows for detailed data analysis, meaning more accurate, reliable, and efficient results!

Skills and experience they are looking for:

• Strong SQL skills (core requirement as you will need to interrogate the data to provide more insights).
• Experience working with customer data.
• Stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience building self-service tools (e.g., in Power BI).
• Desirable but not essential: experience with Python or R, exposure to machine learning/predictive analytics.
• Preferred (not required): background in retail or related customer-focused environments.
