?? Senior Insights Analyst - Remote First (UK) | Up to £75,000

We're a global platform with 22M+ users, helping top brands like Apple, Nike, and Coursera connect with the student market. We're hiring a Senior Insights Analyst to blend deep analytical work with advanced data science techniques - all in a collaborative, growing team.

?? Location: Remote-first (UK-based), with 1 day/month in London or Nottingham
?? Salary: Up to £75,000

What You'll Do:

• Drive customer insights through segmentation, campaign performance, and behavioural analysis

• Lead data science-focused projects: forecasting, churn, frequency modelling, experimentation

• Work cross-functionally with data engineers, ML engineers, product and marketing

• Take ownership of high-impact projects, with room to grow into a leadership or principal IC role

• Dedicated time for your own learning & development (10-15%)

Tech Stack:

• Python (incl. SageMaker)

• SQL

• Statistical modelling (regression, KMM, experimentation design)

About You:

• Strong experience in analytics with a statistical foundation (Maths, Stats, Econ or similar background)

• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Comfortable across both exploratory analytics and more technical modelling work
