Location: Solihull (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)

What you'll be doing

• Developing a detailed and strategic understanding of our target markets and customers

• Bringing together multiple data sources to create a cohesive view of audience behaviours and market trends

• Translating insights into compelling stories that drive action across teams

• Partnering with internal stakeholders to inform decisions and prioritise initiatives rooted in customer understanding

• Managing research partners and insight tools to deliver maximum business value

What you'll bring

• In-depth expertise in customer behaviour, segmentation, and behavioural science

• Proven ability to work with and interpret complex data sets - both structured and unstructured

• Strong commercial focus with a sharp eye for connecting insight to growth opportunities

• Confidence influencing decision-makers and shaping strategic thinking

• Experience leading research projects, agencies, and budgets
