We're looking for a Senior Insight Manager to join a growing Group Marketing team within a leading UK financial services organisation. This newly created role will focus on building a deeper understanding of customers and markets to support smarter, customer-first decision-making.

Reporting to the Head of Insight, you'll design and deliver strategic insight projects (both quantitative and qualitative), translate data into meaningful narratives, and help shape segmentation, propositions and strategy across the business. With recent investment in brand, digital and content, this role reflects the company's growing commitment to insight-led marketing.

THE ROLE
Deliver actionable insight into customer needs, behaviours and attitudes
Lead segmentation and persona development
Design and manage research projects and agency relationships
Translate complex data into clear, engaging recommendations
Maintain competitor and market understanding
Collaborate with teams across product, media and analytics

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and segmentation
Experience in insight delivery across quant and qual methods
Comfortable working with data and identifying trends
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
