The Role:

As a Senior Installation & Commissioning Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering fire and security system projects across large commercial properties throughout London. This is a hands-on, senior field-based position—ideal for someone looking to lead by example and shape the future of our technical delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair Fire & Security systems to the highest standard.
• Deliver outstanding customer support—both onsite and remotely—resolving technical issues with confidence.
• Offer training and technical guidance to fellow engineers when required.
• Act as a senior presence onsite, upholding company values and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in installing and commissioning Fire & Security systems.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working independently and mentoring junior engineers.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
