This part-time on-site role is for a Senior Insurance Manager located in Westcliff-On-Sea, Essex. The Senior Insurance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all insurance-related activities within the company. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with insurance policies and procedures, assess risks, and develop strategies for risk mitigation. The Senior Insurance Manager will also be responsible for managing insurance policies, negotiating with insurance providers, and providing guidance on insurance coverage and benefits to employees.

Qualifications
Previous experience in insurance management including working for an insurance underwriter or broker Proven experience in insurance management Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in insurance management software and other relevant tools Certification in insurance risk management (e.g., ARM, CRM) is a plus Membership of CII (Chartered Insurance Institute), Degree (Bachelor or above) in Business Administration/ Risk Management or a related field
