Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a passion for high-end hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, extensive experience in hospitality design, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for high-end hospitality projects, including hotels, restaurants, and bars.
Develop innovative design concepts that align with client visions and project requirements.
Oversee the preparation of detailed design presentations, drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project success.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing creative direction and technical support.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge design solutions.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end hospitality projects.
Proven track record of successfully completed hospitality projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and luxurious design solutions.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
