We're looking for a Senior Internal Governance Specialist to join a growing team within a leading financial institution. This is a high-profile opportunity to provide expert governance support to the Board, its committees, and the wider business. • Providing high-quality governance advisory support to the Board and senior stakeholders
• Advising on internal and corporate governance, including Listing Rules, DTRs, MAR, and the UK Corporate Governance Code
• Contributing to the annual report and financial statements programme
• Supporting new business initiatives and legislative developments
• Collaborating with senior management and Board members across the group

• Chartered Secretary, Lawyer, or equivalent professional qualification (or relevant experience)
• Strong experience in company secretarial and corporate governance roles, ideally within a listed or financial services company
• Solid understanding of the Companies Act 2006, Corporate Governance Code, and PRA/FCA governance requirements
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
