Senior Internals Manager - Hi-rise apartments

Your new company
A leading housebuilder working both regionally and nationally on multiphased residential schemes. With several flagship London schemes, they now seek an experienced internals manager to join the well-established team on a 200-unit RC apartment scheme in East London. With the scheme around 60% complete the main works are now internals orientated with activity ramping up significantly, resulting in a need for a new manager to strengthen the existing team.

Your new role
As internals manager you will work within the site management team directly overseeing the fitout of a 60-unit 6-storey block from 1st fix onwards. Working closely with subcontractors, you will co-ordinate works ensuring the most efficient sequencing along with quality control and health and safety enforcement. You will use in-house software to record and report on works as they are completed ultimately taking the units through to cml and in-turn client handover.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong internals background working as a finishing foreman or internals manager on medium to large RC apartment schemes, ideally with a volume developer. You will be i/t literate, happy working in East London and be looking for a long-term permanent move. You will hold valid first aid, cscs & smsts qualifications.
