We are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Senior Inventory Manager who will take ownership of inventory strategy, stock optimisation, availability, and operational performance across a large-scale distribution network.

This is a high-profile leadership role, offering the opportunity to drive inventory accuracy, improve service levels, reduce working capital, and influence key business decisions through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the inventory management function across multiple sites.
Drive stock accuracy, availability, and inventory optimisation initiatives.
Develop forecasting and replenishment strategies to support business growth.
Manage inventory KPIs, reporting, and performance improvement plans.
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Commercial teams.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and stockholding efficiency.
Lead inventory-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Proven experience in a senior inventory, stock control, or supply chain leadership role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
Experience managing large SKU counts and complex inventory environments.
Track record of improving inventory performance, availability, and stock accuracy.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change and deliver results.
