A leading financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Actuarial Trainee to join its investment team. The successful candidate will support the development and review of investment strategies and multi-asset fund propositions, while also contributing to strategic investment projects.

• Conduct technical analysis to assess and refine investment strategies.

• Review new fund proposals and contribute to investment decision-making.

• Provide insightful interpretation of complex data to stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement of processes and documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in verbal and written form.

• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail.

• Capable of challenging existing approaches constructively.

• Progressing toward actuarial qualification or holding CFA Level 1 (or above).

• Solid understanding of investment markets and strategies, especially for Defined Contribution pensions.

• Familiarity with life and pensions products is essential.
