About our client

Our client is a leading UK focused small buy-out and growth capital investor with significant funds under management. It is a long-established, highly respected, and has an enviable track record of investing across Britain. It's looking to add a Senior Investment Manager to source and lead transactions, and work on portfolio value creation.
What the job involves

Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
Assist the Partners and Directors across a number of private equity vehicles
Opportunity to be involved with all of the investment products across the group, and assist in fundraising when required by management

Who we are looking for

Experience in lower mid-market private equity or growth capital as an investor or advisor
Experience of sourcing and transacting in the UK is essential
Ability to lead deals without supervision
Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail
Top academics from a leading academic institution
Excellent written and communicated English, allowing you to write, present, and articulate flawlessly
