Job DescriptionRole: Senior IT Account Director (Overlay) – Existing AccountsIndustry: IT Managed Services, O365, Backup/DR, Connectivity, Cloud Services, MS365, LAR, Licensing, Digital Transformation, Modern Workplace, Veeam, Datto, Account Management, Farmer, OverlayLocation: Hybrid – WFH but need client would like someone to work from Birmingham City offices 1-2 times a week Package: £40,000 + car allowance + comms - £60,000 - 80,000 +benefits Chapman Tate Associates seeks a Senior IT Account Director (Overlay) to join this established Services Provider of Cyber Security, Cloud/Hosted Infrastructure, Backup/DR, Modern Workplace and Digital Transformation based solutions.This is a pivotal role where you will work alongside a number of Solutions Consultants, Account Managers and Sales representatives, helping them identify growth opportunities with existing accounts. You will act as an overlay to strategically drive best fit solutions within the related service propositions.You will be working with over 200 existing customers acting as a trusted advisor around emerging solutions and services. The role will include the following:Grow business, building trust and strengthening relationships with existing clientsYou will be responsible for revenue performance and growth through KPI deliveryEnsuring new business is hit and win rates are measurable with personal and company KPI’sCreate and execute the strategic growth plan for existing and potential clientsPlan for and lead client pitchesSupport the Sales Director in executing the strategic growth plan across their portfolio of clients. You’ll help to develop and capitalise on existing client businessDevelop strong partnerships with clients by demonstrating a detailed understanding of their business, brand, industry, and how my clients’ services should be applied to bring their commercial ambitions to lifeChampion professionalism, ensuring that your team delivers consistently and with excellence.
