In this role, you will consult on a high value project for a key department within Central Government. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders and clients within Central Government and other public sector bodies, enhancing your portfolio and gaining unparalleled exposure to major UK projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with key public sector stakeholders to develop and implement innovative IT procurement strategies that meet client objectives.
• Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and standards.
• Oversee the entire IT procurement process, including strategic sourcing, drafting tender documents, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing IT categories and managing the end to end procurement processes.
• Demonstrated success in delivering or consulting on procurement projects within the public sector, ideally within central government.
• Comprehensive understanding of public sector procurement regulations and processes, including standard form contracts.
• Must have or be eligible for full Security Clearance.
