Step into a brand-new senior project management position and shape it with your ideas from day one. This isn't a backfill, so you'll have full control over how the PMO evolves and how projects are run.

You'll bring in your own methodologies, lead high-impact projects across infrastructure, systems, data and security while developing a PMO that's still finding its feet. You'll get the freedom to set the standards and processes that stick.

You'll work across a wide range of IT projects, giving you the chance to broaden your expertise and increase your strategic influence. You'll be reporting directly to senior leadership, keeping them updated on progress, risks and key decisions.

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements, ensuring everything is aligned with business needs.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver projects smoothly. Manage risks, issues and changes, keeping everything on track and under control.

Communicate project status, risks and milestones to stakeholders and leadership, giving them the insights they need to make informed decisions. Maintain and continuously update the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

What you'll need

• Proven experience in IT project management, delivering complex projects across infrastructure, systems, data or security
• Experience in developing and managing a PMO, ideally in a growing or evolving environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
