• Position: Senior IT Project Manager
• Location: Sunderland (Hybrid working available)
• Salary: £60,000 per annum
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, with an early finish at 12:30 pm on Fridays!

This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a newly formed PMO team that aims to bring best practises to project selection and delivery. You'll have the chance to shape and transform services for customers and colleagues through innovative IT solutions and process redesign.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• mobilise projects in line with the Group's project management framework.
• Manage ongoing programme governance, including planning, risk management, and change control.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful integration and delivery of programme outcomes.
• Support the PMO team in developing and disseminating project policies and standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing large-scale programmes across diverse industries.
• Expertise in overseeing complex projects with multiple work-streams.
• Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and people change management practises.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the housing sector and experience with systems like Salesforce or MRI would be a plus!
• Prince 2 or any relevant qualfication in Project Management - there is flexibility with the requirements
