IT Support Analyst
- Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
- Location: Hybrid Role - Circa 3 days at home and one day a week in Weybridge Office and one day a week in Central London Office
Exciting opportunity to join a growing and incredibly successful financial services organisation, in a newly created position!
They are seeking an IT Support Specialist to take ownership of the IT function working closely with a third-party provider, providing essential support to their users and overseeing internal IT projects.
This role is ideal for a tech-curious individual with a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and the ability to work independently with high levels of autonomy. This is a role which will have a wide range of responsibilities and potential of longer term development opportunities.
Day to Day of the role:
- Manage IT tickets and liaise with our outsourced IT provider to ensure timely resolution within agreed KPIs.
- Prioritise and manage internal IT issues, both ongoing and ad hoc.
- Deliver IT projects and support the use of internal software/systems, including licence management.
- Provide mobile device maintenance and support, liaising with third-party providers.
- Oversee IT tasks associated with new starters, leavers, and movers, including on-site setups.
- Organise equipment supplies and deliveries, and manage inventory.
- Handle IT invoices and deliver training on systems/software.
- Support company events and presentations with IT needs.
- Assess and recommend IT improvement proposals from our third-party IT provider.
- Ensure key deadlines and priorities are met, providing detailed handovers as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in a hands-on IT project support role.
- Experience working alongside third-party IT support.
- Proven ability to manage or deliver IT projects.
- Experience in a similar sized business, financial services environment is advantageous.
- Excellent service delivery skills with a focus on providing a 5* service.
- Ability to thrive on challenges and find innovative solutions to problems.
- Capable of managing a busy workload and adapting to changing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and high-quality communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across both offices and potentially outside normal office hours.
