As a Senior IT Support Analyst, you will be a vital part of our team, providing expert support to our clients. Your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and contribute to the success of local businesses.

? Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support to resolve complex technical issues
? Provide expert guidance on Windows environments, Azure, and Office 365
? Collaborate with clients to implement, maintain, and optimize IT solutions
? Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
? Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and system upgrades
? Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with best practices

?? Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT support at the 2nd or 3rd line level
?? Strong expertise in Windows environments, Azure, and Office 365
?? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
?? Proven ability to work independently and within a team
?? Experience working within an MSP environment is a plus
