Role Overview:

As a Senior Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of clients’ IT environments. You’ll be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems related to Windows, Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Windows Support:

  • Diagnose and resolve Windows-related issues for end-users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Assist with system upgrades and patches.

• Azure Support:

  • Manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
  • Monitor and optimize Azure services.
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to design and implement Azure solutions.

• Office 365 Support:

  • Provide escalated technical support for Office 365 applications
  • Troubleshoot email and collaboration issues.
  • Assist with Office 365 migrations and configurations.

• Microsoft Teams Support:

  • Administer Microsoft Teams, including user management and permissions.
  • Troubleshoot chat, calling, and collaboration features.
  • Assist with Teams integration, migration and adoption.

Qualifications:

• 7 years' proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Azure services and administration.
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
