Senior IT Support Engineer

£35,000 to £40,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including bonus, pension, medical scheme, 23 days holiday (+birthday and bank holidays), and excellent training & development plans etc.

We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join our leading client, a very successful and ambitious IT support and solutions provider headquartered in Skelmersdale, on a permanent basis. The Senior IT Support Engineer will be joining a thriving business that really value their staff and provide excellent career development and training opportunities to maximise your technical and professional progression.

The Senior IT Support Engineer will focus on escalated support cases but will also see plenty of opportunities to get involved in project work. This position will gain exposure to a wide range of technologies including networking (switching, VLANs, wireless), firewall and security solutions, virtualisation platforms, Windows Server and Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and enterprise storage systems (SAN/RAID).
