* Provide 2nd/3rd line support as the primary escalation point
* Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune and Exchange Online
* Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
* Oversee network infrastructure – firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi and site connectivity
* Support and optimise ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing integrations
* Manage third-party IT providers, contracts, licensing and procurement
* Lead IT projects such as migrations, network refreshes and system upgrades
* Maintain IT documentation, asset registers and network diagrams
* Translate technical risk and investment needs into commercial reports for leadership
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years in a hands-on IT infrastructure role
* Minimum 2 years in a lead/senior capacity with service ownership
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory/Azure AD, and security (antivirus, MFA, patching)
* CompTIA Network+/Security+ essential
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
* ITIL Foundation, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001/NIST exposure desirable
* Experience with ERP/MRP platforms (SAP Business One, Epicor, Infor, Sage) and MES/SCADA integrations advantageous
* Backup/DR tools (e.g. Veeam) and virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) a plus
* Basic PowerShell scripting for automation (nice to have)
Why Apply?
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of infrastructure for a growing multi-site engineering group, with genuine influence over technology strategy, security posture and future acquisition readiness.
