Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can lead projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
Contribute to the architectural decisions and overall technical strategy.
Implement and maintain best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java.
Experience with popular web application frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React) is a plus.
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
