The Role
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing critical client relationships in the UK, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships.
Managing contract delivery, performance metrics and service levels to meet client expectations whilst maintaining appropriate confidentiality. Building trust-based relationships focused on mutual growth and performance. Collaborating with senior leadership to provide essential internal business data. Developing standardised client review materials across regions ads sites. Analysing market intelligence to inform strategy and drive continual improvements. Creating and executing clear account plans with clients and operational teams. Identifying opportunities for up-selling and renewals, leading negotiations for a competitive edge. Partnering with key stakeholders to deliver innovative, tailored solutions for clients. Utilising analytical tools for data driven insights that enhance decision making. Contributing to strategic initiatives and proposals to address evolving market needs.Candidate
Demonstrated expertise in a leadership position that involves client interaction a within global supply chain or logistics. Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship building capabilities across all organisational levels. Strong business insight with a talent for identifying opportunities and achieving results. Analytical thinker with proficiency in MS Office and a focus on data-informed decision making. A degree in business or a related discipline is beneficial but not mandatory. Willingness to travel as necessary, both within the UK and internationally.
