Job Description - Senior Key Account Manager - Private Label

Job DescriptionAre you an experience Account Manager working with Private Label products?Do you have experience working with the Grocery channel or discount sector?My client is a global Beauty business who is a leader in their sector, who are going through a period of global growth. The business is now looking to bring on a Senior Account Manager to work within the UK team.The roleAs the Senior Account Manager you will report directly into the UK Sales Director and will be responsible for a mix of Grocery and discount retail accounts. It will be your responsibility to promote the company brand and be the first point of contact within your accounts. The role will require you to travel to these customers and work with them on JBP's.Key responsibilitiesDirectly oversee and be responsible for the growth of your accountsResponsible for the sales budgetProactively lead, manage, and execute the entire sales life cycle from introduction to first product deliveryLead and deliver sales presentations to decision-makersManage and negotiate joint business plans with your accountsBe the ambassador of the company within your accountsKeep abreast of what the competition are doingIdeal CandidateYou will already be a successful Account Manager working for private label business and have experience working with Grocery/ discount accounts. You will be confident and comfortable managing and collaborating with cross functional teams of experts. You must be able to work within a fast-paced changing environment; and have the ability to build strong business and personal relationships; whilst developing and implementing creative, sustainable, mutually profitable business solutionsKey responsibilitiesPrivate Label consumer goods experience is an advantage, as well as experience managing Grocery accounts.Demonstrate account growth within your current job role.Strong relationship builderHighly organised in follow up & planningExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent numerical skills, proficient use of Power point, Google Suite & ExcelHighly motivatedHighly recommended by their buyers!Team player - a good fit within our team is crucial.Strong NegotiatorAbility to manage account P&L, including marketing and promotional budgets.
