The Position: Senior Layout Designer

• Creating feasibility sketches and planning layouts to support client bids, ensuring designs align with project goals.
• Collaborating with clients, local authorities, and consultants to refine applications and secure approvals.
• Overseeing planning submissions by coordinating resources, consultants, and necessary documents.
• Crafting house-type plans, street scenes, and presentation materials like coloured layouts and 3D visuals.
• Making amendments to planning documents and statements to meet approval requirements.
• Engaging with local authority officers and other stakeholders to advance planning applications.
