Job Title: Senior- Lead Ruby on Rails Developer (Backend Focused)
Location: Preston (4-5 days in office)
Salary: up to £75k including bonus
Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer with a backend focus. You’ll work with Ruby on Rails (Rails 7) and PostgreSQL. Flutter experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications.
• Mentor Junior Developers
• Lead and manage projects

Tech Stack:

• Ruby on Rails (Rails 7)
• PostgreSQL
• Flutter (not required)
