Equity BCDC will be engaging directly with shortlisted candidates at the Careers in Africa Summits in London (12th May) and Paris (14th May). 

Candidate Profile

• Senior leadership experience in banking or financial services (8+ years)
  


• Deep expertise in one or more of the functions listed above
  


• Strong understanding of emerging markets, ideally within Africa
  


• Proven ability to operate at executive or board level
  


• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
