Job DescriptionLearning Design Senior Manager – London, UK (Hybrid) – PossiblPossibl is recruiting on behalf of a creative, energetic and passionate group of folks at a talent and learning consultancy with a big interest in behavioural science. Based in London (hybrid & flexible) a new position has become available to join their high performing and creative design hub for a Learning Design Manager/ Senior Manager to create memorable learning experiences across a range of topics, serving big name clients in the UK.In return, you will be joining a growing, vibrant and award winning consultancy rubbing shoulders with a mix of consultants, practitioners and senior client leaders creating meaningful, impactful experiences for big name businesses. You will also receive a good salary, excellent benefits including bonus, pension, learning, career progression, insurance & more.What you will do:Design and develop experiential learning, training and communications for clients (Virtual and F2F)Lead end to end on medium and large sized projects, player a key role in major team based, higher value onesOwning several client projects simulteanously, delegating to managers, execs and analysts in the teamUse your writing skills to create memorable learning sessions with clear outcomesSupport on sales related activities such as RFPs, proposals etcExperience & skills required:Time served designing experiential learning sessions (ideally using behavioural science and human centred design principles)Excellent relationship builder internally and externally, including with senior leadersAbility to own complex medium and large size projects end to endCollaborativeStrong creative writing skills – for both L&D design and generallyAnalytical and able to problem solveExperienced in an HR, L&D, talent & development role ideally (in-house or consulting) or within a creative writing position, with an interest in learning & development.
