Senior L&D Coordinator – Professional Services - Possibl – Essex, UK – 4 days office/1 day home

Possibl is pleased to be partnering with an ambitious, rapidly evolving boutique professional services firm in their search for a Senior L&D Coordinator. Sitting in the wider HR team, you will support the Senior L&D Manager in building solid foundations for the future as they look to expand their learning and talent development offering for fee earning and business support employees.

You will play a pivotal role in their ambitions, offering you stretch on core tasks and special projects in learning, professional development, talent, performance, learning technologies and more in return.

About you:

Some experience in an L&D, training or talent support role (ie assistant, coordinator, admin)
Competent user and administrator of learning management systems (LMS)
Organised and able to coordinate diaries for training events, both virtual and in-person
Excellent communicator, written and verbally including to very senior stakeholders
Ambitions to grow and develop with the role
