Senior Learning Support Assistant

Location: West London
Contract: 36 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time only)
Salary: £27,831 to £29,581 (actual salary)

A well-established educational institution in West London is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Learning Support Assistant to join its team.

This is a key position within the Learning Support team. You will:

• Supervise and allocate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
• Produce and maintain LSA timetables
• Coordinate the redirection of support staff as needed
• Assist with the induction and training of new LSAs
• Provide in-class one-to-one and small group support for students with specific learning difficulties and disabilities across multiple sites

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a Learning Support Assistant role
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with staff across departments
• Flexibility to work across sites in Uxbridge, Hayes, and Barra Hall (Hayes)
