Job Description - Senior Legal Biller

Our client is a growing and very successful professional services business looking to add to their Finance function. They seek a Senior Legal Biller to join their team.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Working with Fee Earners and other members of the business to provide a first class billing service for the firm
  • Drafting bills and approving bills
  • Producing credit notes
  • Ensuring any agreed fee arrangements or billing deadlines are complied with
  • Dealing with the requests and queries sent to the Billing team in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaboration with the wider Finance teams
Person requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years working as a legal biller
  • Knowledge of Legal Aid billing advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to operate in a professional calm manner
  • Competent in Microsoft Office

On Offer:
  • Salary up to £40,000
  • Hybrid working model- Peterborough
  • Growth and Development opportunities.
