Job Description - Senior Legal Biller

Our client is a growing and very successful professional services business looking to add to their Finance function. They seek a Senior Legal Biller to join their team.

Role Responsibilities:

Working with Fee Earners and other members of the business to provide a first class billing service for the firm
Drafting bills and approving bills
Producing credit notes
Ensuring any agreed fee arrangements or billing deadlines are complied with
Dealing with the requests and queries sent to the Billing team in a timely and efficient manner
Collaboration with the wider Finance teams

Person requirements:

Minimum of 3 years working as a legal biller
Knowledge of Legal Aid billing advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skill
High attention to detail
Ability to operate in a professional calm manner
Competent in Microsoft Office

On Offer:

Salary up to £40,000
Hybrid working model- Peterborough
Growth and Development opportunities.
