Senior Legal Counsel

Our client is a well-known global industry leader seeking to engage an experienced legal professional to join its Corporate team based in London. This role requires a Lawyer with a background in corporate finance combined with corporate advisory experience gained in a law firm or in-house.

This position offers a broad remit of work across finance and commercial, financial reporting and corporate advisory matters.

In this newly created role you will be working in a dynamic team and you will be encouraged to work autonomously and think strategically. There is scope to grow in areas of this role for an individual looking to join a fast paced in-house legal team.

You will have a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a minimum of 4 years of post-qualified experience with a background of working in an international law firm and/or in-house, experience and understanding of how legal teams work within multinational organisations.
