Senior Legal Counsel is required to join a multinational insurance company permanently.

As the Senior Legal Counsel, you will;

• Working closely with the technical underwriting team and internal stakeholders to review, develop, and refine standard and bespoke policy documentation
• Provide legal advice on commercial insurance policy wordings and endorsements
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Ensure policy wordings meet evolving coverage issues

As the Senior Legal Counsel (Policy wordings), you will be;

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales
• Have significant experience in drafting, reviewing and managing commercial policy wordings
• Ability to collaborate with underwriters, brokers and external partners to negotiate and refine policy wordings and policy documentation including complex wording queries
• Understanding of Financial Lines and London market wordings ideally
• Candidates from private practice or insurance are encouraged to apply
