Salary: £30,000 basic + generous commission - £80K OTE

A high-performing boutique agency in Prime Central London (operating across Kensington, Knightsbridge, Mayfair & surrounding areas) is seeking an ambitious Lettings Associate to join its growing team.

This is a standout opportunity for a confident closer with a passion for luxury property, strong market knowledge, and a hunger to succeed in a competitive environment.

You’ll need energy, drive, and a polished, professional presence—someone who can win new instructions, build long-term client relationships, and consistently close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-net-worth applicants and match them with exceptional properties across Prime Central London
• Conduct viewings with confidence and precision
• Negotiate and close deals efficiently while maintaining a strong client experience
• Generate leads and drive new business through networking, social media, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Advise clients on pricing, presentation, and market trends

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator in Prime Central London
• Proven record in winning new instructions and closing top-tier deals
• Strong interpersonal skills and sales acumen
• Self-motivated, coachable, and ambitious with a long-term growth mindset
• Sound knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
• Professional, articulate, and well-presented
• A developing or established social media presence is a plus
