Salary: Competitive basic + commission

We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property and customer service, looking to develop or progress a career within a well-respected brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering new applicants and understanding their requirements

• Arranging and conducting property viewings

• Negotiating lets between landlords and tenants

• Managing the letting process from start to finish

• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants

• Ensuring compliance with all legal and company procedures

• Generating new business through outbound calls, landlord canvassing, and applicant management

• Updating internal systems and producing accurate property descriptions and marketing

• Working to agreed targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a lettings or estate agency role essential

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• A team player with a proactive and professional attitude

• Full UK driving licence

• Familiarity with CRM software such as Reapit is advantageous

• ARLA qualification (desirable, but support can be provided if not yet qualified)
