Senior Lettings Negotiator

Working hours:

• Full-Time

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

• £25,000 - £28,000 Basic salary - depending on experience 
• OTE up to £40,000

Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:

• Experience within the Lettings sector
• Be highly organised and have a positive work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Organise and manage your time and workload
• Computer literate
• Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Upbeat personality and strong work ethic

As Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

• Registering tenants and landlords
• Carrying out viewings
• Dealing with offers
• Property Valuations
