Salary - £20,000, OTE £60,000

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, 3 Saturdays a month 9am - 4pm

Full license and own car required.

Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in Woodford. Candidates will be confident, articulate, well presented, and keen to further their career with a leading company.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard, add to our client’s high reputation for honesty, service, and excellent levels of communication.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly and professional service.
• Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings.
• Achieve all daily and weekly targets.
• Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants.
• Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all letting’s requirements.

Proven Specification:

• Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
• Must live locally or within a reasonable commute of the office.
• Well presented with excellent customer service skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
